*Cream Cheese Swirl Coffe Cake with Strawberry*

We are in confinement, we are in a house, we are in good health,
thank God, and fortunately I can bake delicious cakes for my family and for you!
This month the theme with my colleagues #BundBakers is to bake something
special with cheese. Here you have my sweet bundt for coffee time!

Estamos en confinamiento, estamos en casita, estamos con salud, gracias a Dios,
y afortunadamente puedo hornear deliciosos pasteles para mi familia y para vosotros!
Este mes el tema con mis compañeras #BundBakers es hornear algo especial con queso.
Aqui teneis mi dulce bundt para la hora del cafe!
Ingredientes:
Cream Chesse Mix - Crema de Queso (Relleno)
1 cup cream cheese - 1 taza queso crema
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar - 2 cucharadas azucar glass
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice - 1 1/2 cucharadas zumo limon
Cake Batter - Masa
2 cups all-purpose flour - 2 tazas harina
1 teaspoon baking powder -1 cucharadita levadura
1 teaspoon baking soda - 1 cucharadita bicarbonato
1 pinch salt - 1 pizca sal
1 cup sugar - 1 taza azucar
1/2 cup (1stick) butter, softened - 125g mantequilla pomada
3 eggs, room temperature - 3 huevos
2 teaspoons vanilla extract - 2 cucharaditas vainilla
1 cup sour cream - 1 taza crema agria (nata + zumo limon)
Topping - Decoraciones
Whipped cream - nata montada
Strawberries - fresas
Chocolate threads - chocolate derretido

Precalentar el horno a 180 grados, con calor arriba y abajo. Utilizar un bol pequeño para hacer la crema de queso......Preheat oven to 350F. To make the cream cheese mix in a small bowl... |

Batir el queso crema con el azucar y el zumo de limon hasta que sea muy untuoso, reservar...Beat cream cheese, confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth, set aside... |

Para hacer la masa, cernir juntos el harina, la levadura y el bicarbonato, reservar...To make the cake batter, stir together flour, baking power, baking soda. set aside. |

En el bol de la batidora blanquear el azucar con la mantequilla hasta que este cremoso...In a large mixer bowl, beat the sugar and butter until fluffy... |

Añadir los huevos...Add the eggs... |

Añadir la vainilla...and vanilla mixing well... |

Añadir la sal...Add salt... |

Ahora añadir los ingredientes secos alternando con la crema agria, mezclando muy bien...Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, mix well... |

Engrasar generosamente el molde. Poner la mitad de la masa en el fondo del molde, encima vamos a colocar la crema de queso, lo haremos con una cuchara tal como lo veis, cubrimos con el resto de la masa...Grease Bundt pan. Horneamos durante 45 minutos ó hasta que el palillo salga limpio, dejamos enfriar durante 15 minutos y desmoldamos suavemente...Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan... |
