*Christmas Bundtcake with Almond & Orange* 

Bundt Bakers...Christmas..Christmas..beautiful Christmas !!!

Let's celebrate these beautiful and endearing dates with this wonderful cake.
In green and red..the Christmas colors my Patycofans!
A proposal from our dear Rebecah from Making Miracles,
for our monthly meeting BundtBakers!
Let us begin:

Celebremos estas lindas y entrañables fechas con este maravilloso
Bundt Cake en verde y rojo..los colores navideños mis Patycofans!
Una propuesta de nuestra querida Rebecah de Making Miracles,
para nuestro encuentro mensual BundtBakers!



300g Flour  
15g Yeast 
 pinch salt 
 200g Almond flour  
420g Sugar 
 6 Eggs  
140ml fresh orange juice Zest 1 orange  
90ml Water  
250ml sunflower oil
Red and Green food coloring
300g Harina
15g Levadura
pizca Sal
200g harina Almendra
420g Azucar
6 Huevos
140ml zumo Naranja fresco
Ralladura 1 naranja
90ml Agua
250ml Aceite girasol
Colorante Rojo y Verde

Paso a paso:

Mise en place..

Mezclar el harina con la levadura y tamizar, añadir el harina de almendra y la sal.   Mix the flour with yeast. Sift flour. Add the almond flour and salt..

Batir en la batidora, durante 10 minutos los huevos con el azucar.
hasta que cambien de color y se hagan blancos.  Beat the eggs with the sugar in a blender for 10 minutes.until they change color and become white..

Rallar la piel de la naranja.  Grate the orange peel..

Poner el aceite sin dejar de batir.  Put oil while beating..

Exprimir el zumo de naranja.  Squeeze the orange juice..

Añadir las harinas en tres veces, mezclando con la espatula suavemente.  Add flour in three times, gently mixing with spatula..

Añadir el zumo de naranja, mezclar. Add the orange juice, mix

Mirad que masa mas brillante.  Look what a brighter mass..

Dividir la masa en dos partes, para teñir de verde y rojo.  Divide dough into two parts, to stain green and red

Precalentar el horno a 180 grados con calor arriba y abajo.  Preheat oven to 350F degrees with heat up and down..

Engrasar el molde bundt.  Grease the bundt mold..

Colocar cucharadas de masa de rojo y verde.
alternando los colores.  Place tablespoons of red and green dough.

Mirad el resultado, listo para llevar al horno.  Look at the result, ready to take the oven.

Hornear durante 45 minutos ó hasta que el palillo salga limpio. Dejar reposar durante 15 minutos antes de desmoldar. Bake in the oven until toothpick inserted into center of each cake comes aut clean, about 45 minutes.

Ohhh.. casi tenemos accidente al desmoldar..jaja!!! Dejar reposar sobre una rejilla, hasta enfriar por completo. Ohhh .. we almost had an accident when unmolding..jaja!  Cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then turn out the loaf and finish cooling on a wire rack.
